Flat‑Rate Shipping (Up to 5 lbs)

All orders weighing up to 5 lbs ship for a flat rate of $10 anywhere in the United States.

Heavy Orders (Over 5 lbs)

Orders weighing more than 5 lbs will have shipping calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Warm Weather Shipping

Natural butters and oils may soften during transit in warm weather. If your product arrives soft, place it in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to re‑solidify. This does not affect product quality.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Love Me Love You and It’s All Good Products Company, LLC cannot replace or refund the order. For delivery issues, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Please double‑check your shipping information before completing checkout.
