All sales are final. Due to the nature of skincare products and for customer safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at loveme_loveyou@yahoo.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund for qualifying cases.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours if they have not been processed or shipped. Once fulfilled, orders cannot be canceled.

Non‑Refundable Items

All skincare products, gift cards, promotional items, and discounted items are final sale.
